SETH MEYER

PRESIDENT

Having grown up a Central Florida native, choosing to attend the University of Central Florida was an easy decision for Seth.  After meeting his wife, and our CFO Traci, at UCF, he completed his tenure at his beloved alma matter.  Prior to receiving his Business Marketing Degree from UCF’s College of Business, Seth spent time in Corporate Sales within the cellular & communications industry as well as traveling national and international coastlines perusing his dream of surfing and cycling.

Seth’s launchpad into the construction industry began with Locklando Door & Millwork; he received further training during his time at Manning Building Supply where he sharpened his expertise in knowledge of quality building materials; which would later serve as what sets him apart from other Custom Home Builders.  Our team, also known as subcontractors, lovingly refer to him as the "Mad Scientist of Building" due to his extensive product and building process knowledge.

Seth’s most recent endeavor as Vice President of one of Jacksonville’s most extraordinary custom home and remodeling companies has led him, after building a solid reputation during his 13 years in the construction industry, to birth a new tier of custom home and remodeling companies.  His business model is intentionally modest, with minimal employees, low overhead and without an appetite to take on more jobs than can be thoughtfully managed.  The Meyer Custom Homes business model is designed to specialize in Seth's personal quality of service on each project, keen attention to detail and extensive communication along with a ton of fun! Once you meet him and experience his infectious smile and positive outlook on life, you'll understand why he feels like building homes should be one of the most exciting and exillerating things you can do; it shouldn't be a dreaded means to an end.

Seth's mantra is, "I'm just trying to change the building industry stigma, one project at a time."
